Does anyone know what these are? I see them peppered throughout Clarendon in the roads. It's a half-dollar sized, yellow plastic thing (I think plastic) that says WG....
This is a collection of close-up photographs from the Clarendon area of Arlington, VA. Feel free to suggest alternate titles to the photographs, which I will change if more awesome than what I came up with (unlikely).
